We understand you may have many questions when choosing your next home. That's why we have gathered the most frequently asked questions to provide you with quick and clear answers.

Are the properties ready to occupy?

All studios come fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. If you choose a furnished 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, it comes with everything you need to move in, from furniture to a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. If you prefer an unfurnished apartment, you are free to furnish and decorate it as you wish.

What is included in the price?

The rental price of your apartment also includes:
- 24-hour reception team, and package pick-up service.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High-speed Wi-Fi in all apartments and in the communal areas.
- Access to activities that you can enjoy and share with the rest of the community.
- Access to communal facilities.
