Sustainable Mobility

We promote sustainable mobility by offering charging points for electric vehicles and safe spaces for bicycles, thereby encouraging environmentally friendly transport alternatives that reduce our carbon footprint.

Energy Efficiency

We have an “A” energy rating, which reflects our commitment to significantly reducing energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Environmental Certification

We have obtained the BREEAM ‘GOOD’ certificate, an acknowledgement that guarantees that our buildings are environmentally friendly regarding their design, construction, and resource management.

We understand you may have many questions when choosing your next home, so we have compiled the most frequently asked questions to answer them for you as quickly as possible.

What is Nera Living?

Nera Living offers a new lifestyle that enhances the experience of its residents, creating unique homes tailored to each person and place, based on community values and with everything you need within easy reach and hassle-free.
At Nera Living, you will be able to enjoy a professional rental service that provides newly built properties with a wide range of communal facilities, including services such as staff, reception, security, and maintenance.
In addition, our residents can bring their pets and enjoy an extensive programme of activities that promote a feeling of community and well-being.

What is included in the price?

The rental price of your apartment also includes:
- 24-hour reception team, and package pick-up service.
- Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High-speed Wi-Fi in all apartments and in the communal areas.
- Access to activities that you can enjoy and share with the rest of the community.
- Access to communal facilities.
- Easy to contract utilities.
- Car park and storage room.
- Pet friendly.
- 24-hour security.
- All studios are furnished.
- 50 per cent of the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are furnished; unfurnished apartments have complete kitchens and bathrooms.

Are the properties ready to occupy?

All studios come fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. If you choose a furnished 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, it comes with everything you need to move in, from furniture to a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. If you prefer an unfurnished apartment, you are free to furnish and decorate it as you wish.

Is there a minimum and maximum rental term?

We offer a range of rental contracts on a case-by-case basis. You can check the options available for each property by contacting our team directly, 24 hours a day.
