The rental price of your apartment also includes:

- Maintenance and troubleshooting.
- High-speed Wi-Fi in all apartments and in the communal areas.

- Easy to contract utilities.

- Pet friendly.
- 24-hour security.
- All studios are furnished.
- 50 per cent of the 1 and 2-bedroom apartments are furnished; unfurnished apartments have complete kitchens and bathrooms.

Are the properties ready to occupy?

All studios come fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. If you choose a furnished 1 or 2-bedroom apartment, it comes with everything you need to move in, from furniture to a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. If you prefer an unfurnished apartment, you are free to furnish and decorate it as you wish.
